Privacy policy

ValidUntil only keeps what it needs to remind you of your dates. There are no ads and we don't sell or share your data.

What data we keep

• Your email and password, handled by Firebase Authentication. We never see your password.
• The name, category and expiry date of the documents you add, including other people's.
• The data you scan from ID cards or passports, which is stored in Firebase.
• Card photos stay on your device only: they are not uploaded to any server.

What we use it for

To make the app work (syncing your dates and sending you reminders) and to improve it using aggregated data. There are no ads, we don't sell your data and we don't share it with third parties.

Analytics

ValidUntil uses Google Analytics for Firebase, which collects technical and usage data: device, language, approximate country, installation ID and screens visited.

Where it is stored

In Firebase, acting as data processor, in Madrid (europe-southwest1). Each user can only access their own data.

Legal basis

Performance of the service you request when you create your account.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. When you delete it, your data is erased within 30 days at most.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure and portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to relativedevelopers@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Children

ValidUntil is not intended for children under 14.
