Delete your ValidUntil account

You can delete your ValidUntil account, by Relative Developers, and all its data whenever you want. There are two ways:

In the app

  1. Open ValidUntil and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to us from your account's email address with this subject:

Write the email

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email and password.
  • All the documents you saved, with their names, categories and dates, including other people's.
  • The data scanned from ID cards or passports.
  • Card photos are only on your phone: they are removed when you uninstall the app.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Technical and usage data from Google Analytics for Firebase does not include your email or your documents.

When

Your data is erased within 30 days of the request.
